MOREHEAD CITY, NC: On November 5, 2016, one of the state's biggest and best Veterans Day Parade steps off at 11 a.m. along Arendell Street kicking off a day of patriotic celebration. First Presbyterian Church invites all Veterans and Active Duty Military to enjoy the parade safely from their grounds at 1604 Arendell Street. Stay after the parade (or come back) to enjoy a barbecue lunch under the live oaks on our block- long lawn. Anyone is welcome to this dinner ($6 adults/$3 children under 10), but Veterans eat free.
Food Lion, Smithfields, CVS Pharmacy and Fat Fellas have donated menu items for this event. The luncheon features homemade cookies, Roland's Barbecue and great fellowship! The children of the church have made small gifts for the Veterans, and they will be the ‘hands and feet’ for any disabled Veterans during the luncheon, carrying their plates and cups from the serving line to the tables under the trees.
First Presbyterian Church is located at 1604 Arendell Street in Morehead City and occupies the entire block between 16th and 17th Streets and between Bridges and Arendell Streets on the western end of the downtown area. We are united in faith by our denomination, the Presbyterian Church USA, and with sister churches world-wide in service, mission and hope. We worship at three services weekly on Sunday mornings (Traditional Services-8:30 & 11 a.m. ; The Bridge Contemporary Worship at 9:30 a.m.)
For more information about this event call the church at 252-247-2202.

I'm trying to find the source of a program I was listening to on 88.3 out of Beauford NC. The guys were debunking the systemic racism in America and giving facts how that America is actually a global leader in the racial equality. First in many areas. I'd like to reach out and connect . I believe the date I heard it would be 11/29/2020. Any help would be appreaciated
