Actually, the station is on-air at 96.9FM. Station is mono, running St. Albans PSA's and city histories, then filled in with the format that they call "Times Of Your Life". Supposedly, they are to later collaborate with the Charleston, WV LPFM station WTSQ-LP 88.1FM. They are broadcasting from above the St Albans Police / Fire Hall (About 80ft) and can be well heard to Hurricane, WV, and Eleanor, WV. (I've yet to try them in other directions.) It's great to have these stations on-air!

I received the inset in my water bill, it was commenting about shopping local. I try to shop local as much as possible and would love to get one of the cards for the discount. I can't always access the radio station. Is there another way I could get one of the cards. My cell phone number is 740 319-2252

To be used as a PSA
July 25th at 11:15 A.M. everyone is invited to hear an unusual program of old-time music featuring Dan Cain at the piano. Admission is free and this is open to the public.

WWSA Radio is an asset to the St Albans/Nitro community. They don't currently stream on line, which is a shame.
They deserve your support if you live in the local area, whether it be direct donations (like you would to a PBS station) or by mentioning the station when you shop at the underwriters businesses.
