Stanley Smith Drywall from Chelsea, Alabama is utilizing, talented and undocumented Hispanic construction workers to complete work on projects and then refuses to pay them. They are going all over the country doing this. We have filed lawsuits but they are undocumented so we may not be able to get anywhere with a jury. Also Stanley Smith Drywall is stating they are all sub- contractors even though there were some that were salaried employees. Please call me so that I can give you more details. I want them to stop exploiting the Hispanic, non-English speaking population. They utilize other Spanish speaking employees to seek out this vulnerable population. Please help me. 708-601-3384
