Listener Comments and Reviews
Would someone over at Bristol Broadcastings please turn up the modulation on WVTS 1240AM? Since they temporarily went off-air, the station came back on with maybe 30% modulation. Interestingly enough, it's at least 75% MOD when the EAS tones out. Since we're now stuck with the AM side of WVTS, since the FM side had its call letters changed and radically changed its format, we'd like to be able to hear this.

1240 AM (WVTS) off the air today. When this station broadcasts, the signal deteriorates after 9 PM, can hardly hear MIke Savage or Coast to Coast. Does anyone know what is wrong? Will this ever be fixed?

Finding advertisers to support the FM 94.5 is most likely why the format change. Remember, it took a nose dive under Obama's FCC. Not sure of the entire problem, but I Really miss the stronger FM 94.5.
1240 am is pitifully weak. Great programming, you just don't get to listen to it while driving around town. That is crappy. Crank it up, or just turn it off.
I'm not an angry listener, just so tired of missing every 3rd or 4th word. And, with "TALK" radio, that is kind of important to me. Best of luck 1240

You people are asleep at the wheel again...dead air, dead air, dead air. It's been nothing but dead air since around 11:30 pm and it's now 1:35 a.m.and the date is now June 8, 2017. Dead air happens a lot on this station, but is sontimes fixed before too long, or you hear the prompts from nationally syndicated programs like the news. This is the only way to get Coast to Coast or I'd just tune the dial elsewhere.

Frequent dead air, and this afternoon (Th 24 Aug 2017), Phil Valentine entire show had what must have been college band tunes playing continuously. OVER the news breaks, commercials, and syndicated content. Time to go find the podcast and skip listening to the station altogether.

Morning:
I enjoy listening to your station particularly in the mornings as I start my day. however, I am experiencing frequent times with there is dead air that last several minutes. this continues from the time I get up at about 7am until perhaps 10am. after that I don't seem to notice it.
I have turned on two different radios to see if it is my receivers with not change.
Do you know why this happens? When will it get fixed?
Hope this problem is corrected soon.
Thank you and Happy New Years.

I spend a lot of time in the car and I listen almost exclusively to talk radio, mostly to 1240 am. I have come to expect that there are times the signal simply disappears for indeterminate lengths of time, but this weekend has been especially awful. Not only are the shows I enjoy not on, but have been replaced by the nausea that is now called country music. Incredibly, 1410 am, my back up station, is also playing that pop/country vomit. Please help!

Frequent drop outs, for hours or days at a time. When on the air, there are frequent drop outs and loss of coordination with program feeds at bottom of the hour.

This is Rev. Jonathan Moon at Christ Church United Methodist. You broadcast our 11am worship service and we wanted to let you know that currently our Church will be without power for several days. There will be no broadcast coming from us this Sunday July 28th. Instead we will be worshiping outdoors at the playground across from our Church at 10am.
Thank you and have a great weekend.
