Good morning, I am a Local Coordinator for a non-profit company International Cultural Exchange Services looking for host families for foreign exchange students for our upcoming school year. I have 30 second radio spots I could send to you if you could play them or if you could just mention this on the air it would be terrific. We get so many children and it's tough to reach families. I can only do so much through Facebook advertising. A few mentions now & then from you would surely help our mission.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD BY HOSTING AN EXHANGE STUDENT
Host families are needed for high school foreign exchange students for the upcoming school year. Welcome a student into your family and learn about another culture as you share yours. Students are 14-18 years old, speak English, and have medical insurance and spending money for personal expenses. Host families provide room & board and loving parental guidance. A trained local coordinator will help you find a student that’s a good fit for your family and will provide support to you and your student throughout the program. For more information contact Christine at 860-480-3895.
Thank you & have a blessed day!

Make a veteran's dream come true! Jake, My name is Randy and I have been trying to reach you for a week now. I am going to ask Michelle, my girlfriend of 5 years, to be my wife tonight (1900 hrs). I have planted a ring in an oyster shell on Tybee Island and will take her on a walk on the.beach after dinner. A secret film crew will be sitting on the beach with their radio on 106.9. I need you to play our song, "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran at 7 pm if possible. I will ask her to dance to our song,. Step on the oyster, get down on one knee to see what I stepped on, open the shell to expose the ring and ask her for her hand in marriage. Maybe after the song you could give a shout out to Randy and Michelle. I know it's a long shot but she deserves the best and I'm one of the last few romantics left in the world. Please help this old Army vet out. Thank you!
