We currently lead meditation at the University of Findlay and at 50N. We believe people are in need of peace, contentment, self-awareness and group interaction.
We welcome you to join us and our sessions, as you bring messages of peace and love to the world of music.
We off Metta Meditation, which means, loving kindness to others, benevolence, goodwill, friendliness, amity, and an active interest in others. Our sessions are not Buddhist in orientation and also non-secular as to not offend any religions.
