Hello WSTC, 1400AM, I just got back from Italy and am wondering what happened to your station while I was away. Prior to leaving NY in late July, I had discovered your station at 1400 AM and immediately fell in love. On a daily basis I would tune in and hear the wonderful, timeless music of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Luis Prima, Bobby Darin, etc. I was so happy to have found a station that plays the Great American Songbook by the greatest recording artists of all time on a regular NY AM radio station. Well for the last couple of days I have been so disappointed to hear terrible music and urban discussion rather than the amazing music I was hearing just a few months ago. What happened? Did you change ownership or formats? Whatever you did, it is a disaster and unlistenable. Please dump your present format and go back to playing the best music ever written and performed by the greatest names in music history.
