PLEASE ANNOUNCE ON WRVJ 8TH ANNUAL RIDGE THORBAHN CO-ED SLO-PITCH TOURNAMENT RIDGE THORBAHN ANNUAL SLOW-PITCH TOURNAMENT The 8th annual, two day, Ridge Thorbahn slow-pitch Tournament, sponsored by FRAZER COMPUTING,FINISHING CREW , WADDINGTON HARDWARE AND BUILDING SUPPLIES and AMVETS 282 will be held August 3th and 4th at the Canton Pavilion, located on Lincoln Street, Canton, NY. All proceeds will be donated to the “Jules of Life” foundation in aid of local families who have children cancer and the Canton Central School’s scholarship in memory of Ridge. Tournament fees must be paid at the beginning of the first game. This is a benefit tournament therefore: ALL TOURNAMENT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. FEE: $ 150.00 per team TWO GIRLS on the field at all times MAXIMUM BATTERS: 12 Ridge was a student/athlete at Canton Central School who fought this disease for several years, losing the battle at the young age of 21.
