Listener Comments and Reviews
Why are the regular evening programs no longer presented? I miss Tony Perkins Saturday evening, Ravi Zacharias Sunday evening, starting each weekday evening with David Jeremiah. Please explain your change in programming. The continued music is pleasant, but where can I locate the previous nightly programs? 88.1, indicated on your station map, has different programming which does not allow me to hear these teachers, etc.. -So sorry to lose my long-time association with AFR. You were the only Bible-teaching station presenting these blessed teachers.

Yes... WAUQ-97.1 in Charles City, VA has been completely taken over by KLVS(K-Love). What happened. I think I feel abandoned by the shift. Of course, I have the AFR app on my phone. However, my commute to and from work is a little lonely, now. And my weekend errands seem to drag.
I know AFR has been successful in opening another station in the D.C. area. Did that new station come at the cost and loss of the station in Charles City? I am really confused.

91.7 in NC is still an AFR music station. The map shows coverage to just below Richmond. Dr. Jeremiah can be heard on 88.1 at 6:30 a.m. and, I think, p.m.

I too, feel abandoned spiritually. The change and loss of the teachings make my day long and lonesome. What can be done to bring it all back. I really do not care for "talk radio" as I find it to be agitating, opinionated, and arrogant and encourages angry stress. Please, we need more encouraging teaching programs.

Why was AFR taken over by Klove? Klove already had a station in the area, why take over another one?
