CHENY FURNITURE ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION AND CHARITY RAFFLE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE. Libertyville, IL, April 22, 2016. Cheny Furniture in Libertyville is kicking off the Grand Opening Week of their new store on May 5, 2016 at 5 pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony with Terry Weppler, Mayor of Libertyville. As a part of the festivities, Cheny Furniture will be donating $10,000 worth of furniture to Lamb's Farm, an organization in Libertyville that helps people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives. Cheny Furniture will also be holding a charity raffle to benefit the Libertyville Chapter of Feed My Starving Children, an organization that helps feed underprivileged children across the globe. Everyone who buys a raffle ticket will get an additional 50% discount on select items from Ashley Furniture and Coaster Furniture that are shown in the Cheny Furniture Showroom. A live DJ will be there from 1 pm until 4 pm on Saturday May 7th, and free hot dogs and refreshments will be served to all who attend. Culver's ice cream truck will be there dispensing free ice cream, and each person/family attending will receive a free gift worth $50 (while supplies last) . Cheny Furniture is reaching out to the surrounding community in order to establish themselves as an asset to the surrounding area by providing deeply discounted, quality, name brand furniture with the personal attention and experience you can only get from a local business with caring people who will go the extra mile to make sure each customer is happy with their purchase.
