I'd like to help a 72 year old mal veteran wheelchair bound, has a stoma from an operation 2 years ago, has health and hygiene issues, no appearance of alcohol or any drug addictions...been sitting at Publix for two weeks in manual wheelchair not sure how he's making it other than food I bring him the last few days. He can't make it to bathroom or even pull his pants up and down; maybe to lack of energy or other issues, he has difficulty communicating but when asked if he wants a shelter he says no so services went away. He's very kind, points up to heaven when u ask him about how he's going to make it, he seems sad and depressed something has happened to this man and in concerned he has been abused or abandoned. Please help he mentioned NE 133rd street, I'm going to take a picture of him get it developed and post it at churches and nursing homes in that area. Maybe there is an outreach at VA that can go to him but he's going to need more patience to communicate with it took me two days to get that info

Was listening k-love 89.7 and suddenly it went off no reception since 9/25/23. Tried to call station no luck.
