This morning your station did not recognize the Moment of Silence for 9/11 victims, instead you played a commercial. For your company to dismiss these American tragedies (9/11/01 & 9/11/12) is disrespectful and disheartening. You should rethink your priorities and your audience, considering less than 40% of people listen to commercial radio. You have lost the listening audience of my place of business which includes about 3000 customers a week.
