Hello, my name is Cheryl Becigneul, I run a Community Soup Kitchen in Roseville, MI called Erin's " Feeding the Need". I am writing to you because we need your help. We have been open for over a year and have gotten 9 families off the streets. But unfortunately we are growing as the need grows. We would love for you to do a story on Erin's " Feeding the Need" to help us get the message out about the need in our community! Our contact information is 586-872-5229 or Erin's "Feeding the Need" at 30000 Gratoit Ave, Roseville, MI 48066. Thank you and God Bless! We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hello! I work for KIND (Kids in New Directions) during the week -- providing intervention/prevention services for 'at risk' children and their families in Lapeer County. KIND is having its annual "Mardi Gras' Party" (fundraiser) Feb 14th at the Center Bldg. in Lapeer. Tickets are $30 each at the door ($20 if you purchase before the event). I was wondering if you would consider offering tickets for this event on your show (during the time you are selling tickets for discounted meals and services at local restaurants and businesses). We would appreciate any help you can give. Perhaps you can give the value of the tickets at the 'at the door' price of $30 each, then offer 2 at a price that allows to make a bit of money per transaction (assuming that is part of what is done here). Thank you for any help you can give to support this event. The party is one of Lapeer's biggest annual events. Tickets include dinner (New Orlean's style), a live band (The Saucecats), a 50/50 raffle, and a huge silent auction. Looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience. Have a good one!
