During the week WKMQ is great...on the weekend they don't listen to their own station. For years now, public service announcements and the station I.D. is played over the hourly news for the first 2-3 minutes. If they pay for a news service and the PSA's are free, this makes no sense to me. Finally got tired of it and am hunting a new talk station.

42 miles out of Tupelo and can’t get reception. Turn up the power!

Why can we not get reception on 1060 a.m. over half of the time. Sometimes I can listen in my car. I listen to Rush Limbaugh but like today all we get is static.
