Zeeland Woman Overcomes Obesity - Sheds Pounds thru Non-Profit This is the time of year when all those new year’s resolutions to lose weight and get healthy are so often broken, but they don’t have to be. Tammy Andringa of Zeeland shed 43 pounds through the non-profit weight loss and support organization TOPS Take Off Pounds Sensibly (www.tops.org). She’s an excellent example of healthy, sustainable weight loss.
