THIS STATION SUCKS!! MAJORITY OF AIRPLAY IS ADS AND TALK AND SO REPETITIVE THAT OF THE LITTLE BIT OF MUSIC THEY DO PLAY I CAN MEMORIZE THE PLAYLIST IN MY SLEEP!
TRUST ME....LISTEN ONLY IF YOU WANT TO HEAR NOTHING BUT WHAT THE DAILY SPECIAL IS AT THIS RESTAURANT, OR THE HUGE "MUST SHOP" SALE AT THIS OR THAT STORE, OR CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS!.... FLIPPING UNREAL! 101.5 AIN'T RADIO....IT'S AN ANNOYING CABLE INFOMMERCIAL CHANNEL!

Great post Mike C! I totally agree. Plus, if you didn't already know this, the same people who own WJNR own something like 12 other FM stations as well, and they're ALL the same......I travel the U.P. and N.E. Wisconsin a lot for work, and if I ever listen to them (and I rarely do since I can play what I WANT to hear on my i-Pod), I feel like I'm listening to late night cable television on my FM radio! FM radio has gotten incredibly awful in the last decade or so. I can't even believe there are still some people that actually listen to this junk on a regular basis anymore. When truly unlimited cellular data is offered (and believe me, it's coming sooner than you think), FM radio will be as obsolete as the rotary telephone all thanks to the FCC's relaxed ownership rules passed back in the 90's. The FCC (a GOVERNMENT entity) is in bed with all these corporations, so what else would you expect would become of our public airwaves?! It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ now! Such a shame. Thank goodness for MP3's and internet radio!

Ha ha. They call this a country "music" station? Ahhh...I'm sorry...WHERE'S the music? I seemed to have missed it!!
More like bla bla bla bla bla... No music in the afternoons at all! The DJ just likes to talk alot (mostly just endorsing businesses and nothing relevant) and then goes on to play a sh$t ton of commercials that never end. I DO NOT recommend "Croak Country 1015"!! WYKX outta escanaba or WIKB from iron river are FAR BETTER country stations. HUGE DIFFERNECE. See for yourself....just my 2 cents
