WEVE 97.9 FM Radio Station Information

WEVE is an FM radio station broadcasting at 97.9 MHz. The station is licensed to Eveleth, MN. The station broadcasts Oldies music programming. WEVE is owned by Midwest Communications.

With the Covid-19 pandemic going on there are millions of people across the country that are spending a huge amount of time at home. This has got to be generating a lot of boredom and this boredom has got to be driving many of them out of their skulls. My wife will be retiring the end of this month or the middle of next month while I have been retired for several years. We have come up with something that may help reduce the boredom for a lot of people. We are going to go on a 5,500 - 7,500-mile boating adventure, which will take between 12 to 14 months to complete. It's called the "Great Loop", which circles the easter paart of the U.S. We are going to bring several thousand people along with us, virtually, and for FREE. We will generate news and videos about the adventure every couple weeks for the people that are coming along virtually. This should help break the boredom for a lot of people. It is actually safe for us to do because we only need to come to shore every 2 weeks to empty our holding tanks and reload fresh water and supplies. We will need to puck up fuel about every 600 miles. Our boat is The Sandra Faye and it is currently located near Duluth, MN. My question is this. Is this something that a radio station would be interested in passing along to their listeners. I did not put in the URL to the boats website because the instructions told me not to.
