FM 1027 WEQX in the late 80’s was a crazy place to work. Ok, so crazy can be fun. I worked there for a while, midnights to 6 AM. I came up with the “All Request WorkForce Hour” that was popular, and I came up with “Waking Up with Stevie Nicks” every weekday morning at 5:20, also popular. Remember it was the late 80’s....... I was fournuate to work with some great people. I wish I had a tape of the “All Request WorkForce Hour” promo. By the way , even those many years ago- there were no real request taken, unless it just happened to fit into the rotation. EQX was fun to work at, and I was in my 20’s at the time.

Please please tell me what song was playing Saturday night at 8:27 .I never heard that song before. I was lost in Lake George lost my GPS and this station stopped me from having a meltdown. Saturday night at 8:27 a song came on with an insane bass line. I have to know who sang that. Please. Thank you so much.
