Have you guys heard of the "flower City Elite" youth basketball team. This group of 15 and 16 year old young men have played together since they were 4th graders and the team is now playing at championship level. They have won their last 5 tournaments and now have their eyes set on playing in a national tournament in July. This would be a dream come true for the team and to accomplish this each young man, their parents, coach and family members are working hard to raise funds to support this goal. This team could use the financial support of the Rochester community so please if approached do what you can to help and also share this story with others. Let's all get together and get these young men to the nationals. Ok yes you guessed it, I am the proud grandmother of one of the team members.
