Heard you talking about mental health. You mentioned not being able to put someone in the hospital without their consent. In Pennsylvania the age of consent for anything to see a doctor, to take medication, to see a counselor, to be diagnosed or to be hospitalized is 14. Just another piece of information for the whole issue
