Dear Sir or Madame: I am wondering if your radio can make announcements for the following: New Bern Shrine Club Family Fun Festival Fundraiser ( a carnival like event) is next week, September, 12, 2015 from 3-7 pm. There will be games, food, music, bouncy house and more. We will be raffling off several bicycles and several gift certificates to New Bern business. Tickets will be sold at the gate for 50 cents. The New Bern Shriners are important in the lives of the Shriner patients. There are more than 40 patients ( children) from Craven, Jones, Pamlico and Lenoir counties that the Shriners transport to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children on a regular basis. There is never any cost for any services provider by the Shriners.
