I listen to KXBL 99.5 every time I get in my car. I never move it from there. I have been wondering why you never EVER play my favorite singer who is still making personal appearances and is the favorite of so many fans of REAL country music? Could you please play more of GENE WATSON? He still sings great! I think he should be in the County Music Hall of fame, but is ignored by them and your station also. He was just recently made a member of the Grand Ol Opry after all these years of hits. I love these particular songs that he has recorded and would like to hear them on your station: LOVE IN THE HOT AFTERNOON, FOURTEEN KARAT MIND, FAREWELL PARTY, PICK THE WILDWOOD FLOWER, GOT NO REASON NOW FOR GOIN' HOME, NOTHING SURE LOOKED GOOD ON YOU, SHOULD I GO HOME OR SHOULD I GO CRAZY. Those are just the ones I really, really like. He has had other hits but those are the ones I really, really like. I also like Vern Gosden, that you seldom play (If You're Gonna Do Me Wrong, Do It Right, That Just About Does it, Don't It , This Ain't My First Rodeo, Set Em Up Joe And Play Walkin The Floor, and I Can Tell By The Way You Dance, are my favorites of his. I really like some of Keith Whitley's that I've heard you play, ( Love, 10 Feet Away, When You Say Nothing At All, Don't Close Your Eyes, I'm No Stranger To The Rain ) If you would put all of these on your play list instead of the same ones you repeat all the times, you would satisfy a lot of your listeners.... plus Whiskey Lullaby by Allison Kraus and Brad Paisley, you would have an amazing line up. Reba's old music was great. I don't like it as much since she wen 'pop' Some of her Oldies... 'You Lift Me Up To Heaven', Today, All Over Again, I'm Not That Lonely Yet ) I like Lacy J. Dalton... 16th Avenue... You already play a lot of good songs by others I like... these are just some I think would really refresh your play list :-)
