Hi There, In 1982, I was a student at Emporia Sate Universty. At that time I used to listen to Radio station of newton that played easy music. All 24 hours it played music of popular songs. Please suggest which station is that and is it still playing easy music. Boy, I used to love that station.

I was wondering how I could participate in the radio business. I love all the oldies and my career in the health care industry is winding down. I remember career day at Winfield high school and Steve MacIntosh was talking to us kids about radio broadcasting and the format was transitioning to FM. Seems like the large radio conglomerates are eating up smaller markets. Anyway, if I could find a radio,manager to help me get a feel for the business that would be great. I would really like learning getting a start and was thinking about Lyman Bowling to get his take. I haven’t seen in awhile. I know I am ranting too much. Just to summarise, I love oldies, geopolitical events, domestic and local issues. I am not afraid to dig for news items that are state and local in scope. Also, business especially in health care which is driving our economy.

Why are you playing the same recorded play lists everyday?? I can listen to George Micheals Faith everyday at 5:27 for the last 3 weeks...
