I am a long time listener (KWBR). I listen on stream, by way of iTunes Radio. I recently discovered that KWBR is not playing their 'smooth jazz format; but instead are playing symphonic/concert music. I appreciate both styles of music; but I would like to know if this change in programming is the result of the broadcasting station, or the streaming station? Thank your attention.
