I am a fan of Alternative Rock music but where I live in Syracuse there are no real Alternative stations. I listen to this station on my Iphone and it is pretty good.

Has anyone repoted on the city's intentions to vote on subcontracting out the traffic lights department by Nov 1? Does the city really want to lose this vital infrastructure? Couple this with the county's poor record of handing out no contract bids and you have to wonder just who do they have in mind already to replace this needed service requiring skilled workers and expensive equipment by Nov 1?
