Could this be announced as a PSA in Spanish? On January 17, 2019, at approximately 6:40 PM. Kyle Hugunin of Apple Valley was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver outside Running Springs on Hwy 330. He was found nearest Mile Marker 33 and had gotten out of the car he was riding in and was walking in the road. If anyone had seen or knows anything, please call the Arrowhead CHP at 909-867-2791
