Could you please make an announcement asking customers to shovel before their mailbox and in front of it and after it so that the carriers can drive safely to their box. They need an approach to the box and an area dug out to drive away from the box. Also, those walking routes would need steps and porches cleared to avoid falls...thanks so very much!!
