Hello, My name is Aundrea Braniff and I am a senior in the Family and Human Services at the University of Oregon. I am currently doing a year long internship at St. Vincent De Paul - First Place Family Center where I am conducting a senior project. First Place Family Center is an agency that serves families that are experiencing homelessness. From my time spent at First Place Family Center I have noticed a great need for luggage and other baggage that is more reliable, durable, and less stigmatized than a black trash bag. This is why I am planning a new and used luggage drive at the center for my senior project. I am emailing in hopes of getting my event aired on the radio in order to spread the word about my event, obtain as many pieces of luggage as I can, and help as many families as possible.
