Listener Comments and Reviews
Dear Eagle Radio
Firstly may i thank you for a great radio station that i listen to every day and i love it, I wouldnt be without it!!
My main reason for writing to you is on behalf of my dear friend Andy Billups who is an established member of the Hamsters rock band UK who as from next year are giving up touring after 30 years. He has invested every penny he has into an amazing studio album that is so far removed from the Hamsters that you can ever imagine. He has like me (an artist) very little agressive tendencies when it comes to touting his art. Which I am sure you are aware of is absolutely no use whatesoever if you need good press!!
The album is called Afton Down and relates to the famous isle of white location where the festival was held in 1970. I am sitting here listening to the album with tears running down my face, getting up from my chair after dancing round the room to the intro track (honestly).
All i ask of you is can you help in some way to get this to the people as this album has to be listened to by all far and wide and such talent (a man that plays all instruments writes the words and music) needs to be recognised.
If you cannot help, I am aware a request like this will not generate money for the great Eagle radio. But either way let me get you a copy to you so that when you put it in your cd player you too will experience the truly inspirational and wonderful journey Andy has created.
Thanks for you're time!
Peter

Hey friends and classic Rock lovers! Bostyx is coming to town November 18th at the Nampa Civic Center! The one and only David Victor will be playing the hits from Boston and Styx. It's an amazing show. Hope see you there!

Last week I think this station had a discussion about the growth of the Boise area. I hate to admit it but I am a transplant from Denver. I did not want to move; I felt I was pushed out of my hometown. A three year search brought me here. Transplants are a problem. Every place is growing, though; it's just a matter of how fast. One thing I never hear is about the increase in population in general and how much environmental impact each new baby creates in their life time. And, no, I never had children and worried about population growth as a small child.

There are thousands of songs out there from the sixties on in. Yet you continually press a button on only around thirty or so. heart sucks, your favourite nonstop playing of ozzy friken osborne and stupid rush the so called band. I am done tuning into your replicating trash.

I have listened to your station faithfully since in Boise , 10 years now . I had to switch stations , I can not take the New Lee Reed diamonds commercial , I am sure I am not the only one complaining ! Please contact me if you stop playing it . It is not Classic rock material ! Thanks , Duane

Had to shut the radio off today. Pretty sad when you play a commercial praising bringing in a bunch of illegals to help destroy America.
