Can I assume Rusty Humphries is no longer in your line up. I listened to him at bedtime. Now for the past two weeks the dreadful guy who used comes on much later in the night is on followed by Roy Masters. I have been turning him off for years. It's really disappointing. Then Masters cuts into what used to be the 3am news program which now comes on at 4am. Masters used to be on at the weekends only; seven days a week is far too much of him.

I heard the 'View From Here" two weeks running in which Bob Wynne congratulated ODOT for recently repaving Crater Lake Parkway. Yesterday I had occasion to drive on the parkway from Biehn Street to Main Street. In my opinion there is no section of the pavement that could meet minimum industry standards. Of course there are no industry standards in play for ODOT because the inspection and job approval is done in house. I suggest Mr. Wynne get an opinion from a professional about ODOT's paving job to confirm my statement. ODOT is a government agency that has grown too large and like most government agencies it insures its own longevity by doing substandard work and then following up with repairs to said work.
