Hello
With Veterans Day approaching 11 Nov I would like to ask if our Missouri Veterans Recognition program could be highlighted (PSA) on air? On your social media accounts, FaceBook etc.
We are excited about our two new program Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom but also still have our WWII, Korea and Vietnam Programs. If veterans meet the eligibility requirements they receive a medal, medallion, certificate and letters from the Adjutant General Missouri National Guard, Missouri Secretary of State and the Governor.
**Veterans who are current residents or were legal residents of Missouri at
the time of entry/discharge from military service may be eligible regardless
of current state residence.
**Active Duty w/honorable discharge and serviced during the conflict
timeframe, regardless of whether or not veteran served with the United
States or in a foreign country
** Surviving Spouse or next of kin of veterans who meet eligibility
requirements can apply
Further information, all eligibility requirements and online applications
available at www.moguard.ngb.mil/resources/veteran-awards
This program NO COST; Missouri’s thank you to her Veterans! I would appreciate any assistance your organization could provide to
help us get the word out to Veterans and Veteran Communities. Feel free to contact me if you require further information.
Thank You,
