This email was sent to Renee Oliver, the clerk for Henderson County Judge Richard Sanders Dear Renee Oliver, This is Patrick Greene. Could you please inform Judge Sanders that I am returning to the Nativity display issue this year because my health is very good. I had a lot of things prevented me from going through with the lawsuit a few years ago, but that is not the case this year. If Judge Sanders gives his permission for the Nativity display to be put on courthouse property this year, I will file the lawsuit, based on Lemon v. Kurtszman 1970. The "Lemon Law" has never been overturned. The Lemon Law is, as Judge Sanders is aware, the guide that courts use to identity the Constitutionality of a religious display: 1. It must be secular in nature (the nativity display is purely religious in nature) 2. It must not support or prohibit any religion (the display totally supports one faith) 3. There must not be an "excessive entanglement" to religion. (The news coverage of the rally a few years ago is indicative of an "excessive entanglement" of religion.) thank you very much

I am extremely disappointed in this stations political views concerning the recent remarks and the event that occurred in Charlottesville.. I want to hear the word of the Lord instead of political rants and ravings.. please please because people of all races listen in and the message that is being presented is in conflict with the word of God IMO
