To whom it may concern: I am a development coordinator for Camp Alliance, a non-profit organization that helps support military families and youth as well as support for the opioid crisis in Arkansas. We are looking to produce a PSA to be rolled out for about a year or so and would like to know the details of this. Are PSAs free and if not, what is the budget and what does it entail?
